Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked and secure.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they pass our quality inspection.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
